Selsella - 12 November 1982

Selsella, the second house in Tura diocese was opened on 12 November 1982 and the house was officially blessed on 8 December 1982 by Bishop George Mamalassery. When we took up the mission there were 55 Catholic villages under the parish of Selsella.

Pioneers: Srs. Lydia Kettuparakal (superior), Shirley Nariculam, Claudia and Jyothi Ekka.

Ministries: Pastoral assistance, village apostolate, home visitation, faith formation, boarding, teaching in the parish school and healing ministry through dispensary.
